With Klarna you can pay for your online purchases 3x interest-free, over €35 and shipping included.
The first payment is always made when you complete your order and the rest will be deducted every 30 days.
If you pay with Klarna, in case you need to exchange (within 30 days after receipt) you have two options:
- You can come to our showroom to exchange and if the value is higher, you will pay the difference at the time. If it is of a lower value, you will receive a voucher to be discounted on a next purchase, valid for 6 months.
- You can send it via CTT (Registered Mail) or through the collection service of our MRW carrier (cost of €3.95) which you should ask us by email, whatsapp or by private message on our social networks. The cost of re-dispatching the new order (€3.95) is borne by Pituka Wear.
If you send by CTT or MRW carrier, if the value of the new item/s is higher, you must pay the difference by Bank Transfer or MBWay. If it is smaller, we issue a discount voucher with the difference to discount on a next purchase valid for 6 months.
In the event that you want to return and prefer a refund , you have 14 days to send us the item/s from the day of receipt of the order. It must be well packed in a protective box to preserve the order during transport. Then you just need to send it by CTT (Registered Mail) to the address: Rua Manuel Inácio shop 8A, 2770-223 Paço de Arcos.
The refund will be made as soon as possible using the same payment method used. When this is done, you will receive a notification in the Klarna app and/or email.
Notes on returns:
- If you purchased the item/s on sale, we do not issue a refund. Either we exchange it for another product within 30 days or we issue a voucher for the value of the item/s to be discounted within 6 months.
- Shipping costs are not refunded and if they were offered in the shipment, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Payment with Klarna is only valid for VISA and MasterCard debit or credit cards, valid for longer than the duration of the chosen financing method. Prepaid, virtual and American Express cards are refused.
This modality is valid exclusively for individuals, over 18 years of age and in the following countries: Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Finland and Ireland.
Klarna is a payment system that allows online purchases with installment payments, provided by Klarna Bank AB - financial entity with commercial registration number 556737-0431.
