HOW TO MEASURE

The insole and foot can be measured with a tape measure or a ruler. For a more accurate measurement, measure your foot in the morning or at the end of the day (during the day feet tend to swell a little, due to the time children spend playing and running) and place it on a sheet of paper (on the floor). Mark the boundary of the heel and the big toe, then draw a straight line and measure that line. Then compare with our size chart, always rounding off the size.
