Foot Reflexology is a holistic therapy that promotes the health and self-regulation of the baby's body. It consists of a simple technique through stimuli made in the nerve endings present in the sole of the foot.
Performed with oil or a special cream, the massage is done through pressure and rotation in certain regions of the sole , according to the baby's needs.
As the sole is pressed, the search is made for the places that present greater sensitivity or discomfort in the region. Once these points are found, massage the place well with your fingertips.
But what happens in the body anyway?
